I have more than 15 years experience in the academic sector providing information support for staff and students at Birkbeck facilitating information literacy on a wide range of resources and subjects from foundation degree to PhD level. In the last year or so I have been involved in the migration to MOODLE VLE, training academics to use it and in the Library providing content for lectures.
