I've been in the learning and development field for over 20 years and I'm passionate it. I've seen and participated in the evolution of learning from facilitator-led solutions to e-learning to now, social media for learning. It's exciting times ahead for those in our field! What inspires me is to use my knowledge, skills and experiences to help out others in need, to learn and grow so I give back to the community. When I'm not working, I get creative. Knitting with beautiful luxurious yarns intoxicates me; my photography inspires me and I enjoy a round of golf. A bit of travel and a glass of nice wine doesn't go astray either.
