Hi all good discussion which we have frequently in high education , I also think it is about the learners taking some of the responsibility for their own learning you could question why someone would want to do an online course if they have not got the equipment to do it. In the past we would have expected students to buy books for courses these are now becoming e books, We need to be clear in our expectations of students so they know up front what is required of them and what we can offer . sue [...]
