Hello, I am currently employed as a Lead Paramedic within the NHS. I completed my DTLLS a couple of years ago and do mainly job based teaching and mentoring working with University student Paramedics. As an organisation we seem to be employing more TEL in our post compulsory training and I am interested in how this will change our tradition approach to education and also how it can be adjusted to suit the specific needs of our service. I am hoping that this course will enable me to become more familiar and indeed comfortable with TEL in order to embrace it personally and also be able to use it as a teaching tool myself.
