I recently went on a course called the Art of Brilliant. I learned several strategies for improving quality of life. This session was completed using a combination of presentation of examples, discussions with course colleagues and sharing thoughts and ideas with the presenter.
I found the ‘suitable for instructional design planning’ categories difficult to relate to this session. I think it fits into the Other category. There are however elements of all categories would apply. I would see this session as suitable for instructional planning but not in the way described for this question. All aspects could be facilitated using online tools.
