@keithsmyth Unfotunately I feel we work in an industry where assessment methods will always be chosen on convenience when possible. The irony is that technology can offer some of the more ‘convenient’ assessment methods. I think this brings us back to one of the early points in the course regarding ‘engaging staff’.
