How to enthuse staff to engage with TEL? Educators seem to have no time or energy to explore how learning technologies could enhance their practice, despite being encouraged to move towards more blended approaches for delivering teaching and learning.
Hopefully through this group we can share experiences and ideas …and, no doubt frustrations too, with the aim of addressing some of the issues…
Thanks, Flea. Although it’s been said there’s no being ‘behind’ on ocTEL, I’m so behind that I haven’t even started last week’s activities. However, this is one of my big questions, so I’m glad to find others thinking about the same topic.
