It’s a big question for me… I wonder about adoption of technology for adoption’s sake and what affect this has on the wider group of people involved in learning and teaching. The early adopters who are engaged with technology will whizz off with latest gizmo… the late majority, those in the other half of the curve are seeing them whizzing off and wondering what it’s all about. Fear then starts to work its way in. Fear of being found out by my students as being technically not so good… Lots more to it than this, but need to go off to a meet now…
