I’ve been involved in TEL for a very long time – I took a computer into a lecture theatre to illustrate misunderstandings of Nyquist’s Theory some time in the late 80s, then worked on TLTP projects in the early 90s. Since then I’ve had various jobs relating to TEL. I was one of the main contributors to the QTI 2.0 and 2.1 specifications, and now develop software to support teaching.
