    My colleague conversation:

    a) Organising study: some hours quarantined each to explore the study, and other time that can be found to use.

    b) Motivations: to extend knowledge and experience in an appreciation of the overall context, and online was time-efficient way to do that.

    c) Liked: self-paced nature (to a certain extent), and the activities, when directed by a facilitator or tutor. Disliked: trying to find a group and interacting as this was hard work.

I think this was somewhere between strategic and deep approach to learning. They wanted to gain more from the time they had in their life/schedule.
Deep as they wanted to explore the underlying theory and context of the material.
