<p>What she seemed to have which I have never been given by the FE institutions I have worked in is TIME and VALUE given to planning and agreeing the outcomes.</p>

I am using Moodle and Google docs to encourage collaborative writing and peer review.  I used to be an e-learning advisor as well  &#8211; trying to persuade teachers of the joys of TEL.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My big question is &#8216;Is it worth it?&#8217;</p>
<p>The first &#8216;it&#8217; being TEL.  The second &#8216;it&#8217; is the frustration &#8211;  first from our college equipment, Moodle and email system not working consistently, second from some of the students I teach who mostly have low literacy and IT skills.   Some still need to be taught how to log on each week.</p>
