									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last year I attended <a href="http://cdtl.nus.edu.sg/tel2013/" rel="nofollow">http://cdtl.nus.edu.sg/tel2013/</a> and was curious what I could learn from #ocTEL so I enrolled, and also to start my own PLN. My summer course with Penn State U will begin soon but I hope to work on at least an activity a week here. Thanks!</p>
