17 years experience working in the Further Education FE and Skills sector. Jack of all trades but have mainly worked in leadership and management roles. Also a teacher, trainer, assessor and internal quality assurer. Never a dull moment!
Currently working towards a Postgraduate certificate in online and distance education and completed an MA Ed (Leadership & Management) though the OU. Research interests in leadership and management, apprenticeships, and technology enhanced learning.
