Perhaps that makes it easier, as we can simply focus on the learning and assessment strategies? Or perhaps it constrains us? I have nothing to compare it to really as I have not worked in HE.</p>

Who ever thought that getting students to do a VAK test to determine their learning style, and then trying to teach them predominantly in their preferred style would foster anything other than learners with under-developed abilities in their non-preferred styles?!</p>
